About Me
One thing that bonds us as human beings is that we have all had difficult moments. I have come to see that human beings respond to difficulties in similar ways: the way we think, feel and act. However, I have also come to see that each person has their own unique set of needs within these difficult experiences, which is why I provide a unique and individualized therapeutic approach. I provide a nonjudgmental and supportive space that allows my clients to feel comfortable enough to explore their thoughts and feelings. I accompany my clients on their journeys as they explore old and new challenges they may be facing.
Therapy can serve as a way to get to know ourselves better. I provide a nonjudgmental and supportive space that allows my clients feel comfortable enough to explore their thoughts and feelings. Therapy can be a place for people to grow and learn more about themselves and the world around them. I accompany my clients on their journeys as they explore old and new challenges they may be facing, whether mental, emotional, or physical.
The mind and body are intertwined, where issues with one can affect the other. Problems within our minds can manifest themselves physically and these signs cannot be ignored. I help my clients gain insight into this connection to better understand the ways in which they deal with stress, anxiety, hardship, etc. This knowledge can be used to find what is working for the client, what is not working, and explore new ways to cope with difficult times.
The connection between a client and clinician is as unique as the content brought into the session. So let’s start a conversation and explore if I could be the right person to help you!
